12 Days of Christmas Films
Christmas is without a doubt my favourite time of the year. I love everything about it, especially putting up the tree and baking all the delicious Christmas treats. So, I thought it would be really fun to do a «12 Days of Christmas Films» feature, where I will be posting an article about a Christmas film every day starting tomorrow and ending on December 25. This, of course, means that there won't be a «Film Friday» for the next couple of weeks, so I hope you don't mind. I don't know if I'm going to be able to pull this off, but I will definitely try my best. Here is the planned schedule:
- DAY 1: December 14 | I'll Be Seeing You (1944)
- DAY 2: December 15 | Remember the Night (1940)
- DAY 3: December 16 | Meet Me in St. Louis (1944)
- DAY 4: December 17 | Holiday Inn (1942)
- DAY 5: December 18 | Christmas in Connecticut (1945)
- DAY 6: December 19 | We're No Angels (1955)
- DAY 7: December 20 | Holiday Affair (1949)
- DAY 8: December 21 | The Bishop's Wife (1947)
- DAY 9: December 22 | The Shop Around the Corner (1940)
- DAY 10: December 23 | Miracle on 34th Street (1947)
- DAY 11: December 24 | White Christmas (1954)
- DAY 12: December 25 | It's a Wonderful Life (1946)
And that is it. I am aware that some of these films are more Christmas-y than others, but they are all associated with Christmas in some way or the other, hence why they are in the list. I hope to make this a fun feature for all of you lovely people to read and I hope it puts you in the mood for Christmas. It will most definitely put me.

What a great line-up!! So glad you're including "We're No Angels." I want to write about it but it is highly unlikely I'll get around to it lol. Love your festive new banner!!!
ReplyDeleteI saw "We're No Angels" for the first time over Christmas last year and I absolutely loved it, so I just had to include it. Aww, thank you. :)
